Detailed Roof Inspections (written report and photo album) $129 / Includes a 17-point roof inspection, and a written "Roof Vitals Report," as well as a photo album, detailing everything the property owner should do to maintain the roof, to avoid problems in the future, and to to maximize service life.
LeakFree Guarantee – offered from 1-10 years on most roofs - "on site" visit required for pricing/A great tool when the buyer, for whatever reason, is concerned with the condition of the roof and it might kill the deal! "Off Site" estimate (24 hr. turn around) – NO FEE/More often than not, full replacement estimates are only used for negotiations. It typically costs us about $70 in gas and time to estimate a full roof replacement, and it may take several days to prepare a standard bid for a full replacement. However, when you just need an estimate for negotiating purposes, we now offer "Off-site" estimates within 24 hours, at no cost to you. Using new online and satellite imaging technologies, we can prepare an "off-site" bid for most roofs, within a 5% average margin of error. This gives you the figures you need quickly, without costing anyone unnecessary time or expense.
