As a service to our respected partners in the Home Inspection Industry, Feazel Roofing can provide a professional Roof Inspection to supplement the great service you already provide to your customers.
At your request, one of our GAF certified technicians will come to the property and perform a thorough, non-invasive, physical inspection of all major components of the home’s existing roof system.
Upon completion of the inspection, the technician will then prepare a thorough “Roof Vitals Report,” including color photographs and detailed descriptions of any areas of concern. The report will also include a proposal for any immediate repairs, as well as a long-term roof maintenance plan for increasing the roof’s service life. These are instructions that your buyer can keep for future reference.
Most importantly, if the existing roof system is deemed to have at least 2 years of remaining service life, and there are no active leaks observed, then Feazel Roofing will issue a certificate for a “90-day, Leak-free Guarantee.” The buyer will have the peace of mind that if any leaks should occur within the first 90-days, Feazel Roofing will take full responsibility for any necessary repairs.
If the Feazel inspector finds any items which prohibit the issuance of the leak-free guarantee, then the buyer may choose to utilize Feazel Roofing for any required repairs. If they do so, Feazel Roofing will issue a “12-month Leak-Free Guarantee.” The buyer may also choose to have another company complete the repairs. If this is the case, then Feazel will still guarantee the roof, contingent upon a second inspection (*$75 charge).
In either case, Feazel Roofing will assume full liability for any issues pertaining to the roof covering, and release/hold harmless the Home Inspector and the Real Estate Agent form any liability for such issues.
